Robot used for quality assurance of parts. Using IRVision to location and pick parts, then using a Keyence LJ-X Laser Meterology system to measure critical dimensions. Parts then sorted Pass/Fail. 

Robot used for secondary operations and quality assurance. Using IRVision to locate and pick parts, then coining them using a linear die set to press to part into tolerance. After coining parts are then measured using a Keyence LJ-X meterology system to verify coining operation and sort Pass/Fail.

Robot used for pick and place of very fragile parts from MIM output. Using IRVision to identify parts and custom-trained object detection models remotely requested by a PLC to a server to place.
